This is a waist-cinched Jirai Kei skirt set in a cape style. You can purchase the top set separately or the matching skirt.
Jirai Kei blouse: The front of the shirt features a Puritan collar, rhinestone button closure, and lace cut-out at the chest. The back has an angel wing collar with vertical straps, which are adjustable but non-removable.
Cape: The cape has hidden buttons and is made with two different types of soft, skin-friendly lace.
Jirai Kei skirt: The double-layered skirt has lace patchwork at the hem and an elasticized side waist.
The vertical straps and double waist belts use magnetic buckles, allowing you to adjust them according to your body shape for a comfortable fit. The double waist belts are detachable.
