Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as we cannot compensate for failed deliveries due to customer-provided incorrect addresses.
The processing time stage:
1) For in-stock items, it usually takes 5-7 days for us to receive them from the manufacturer and prepare them for international shipping.
2) For pre-order items, it also depends on the manufacturer's processing time. It may take many days or several months. We will permanently mark the estimated processing time on the item page. We will email you the first time if there is any change from the manufacturer.
International shipping time and methods:
Shipping time is the transportation time of one parcel from Honey Wardrobe's warehouse to customers' hands.We now offer 7 shipping methods: FedEx,DHL, Yanwen Express, EMS, Chinese Air, eYouBao, and SAL.
Average estimated shipping time:
- FedEx: 5-8 days.
- DHL: 3-7 days.
- Yanwen Express: 10-20 days.
- EMS: 15-25 days.
- Chinese Air: 15-25 days.
- eYouBao: 15-35 days.
- SAL: 25-45 days.

Customs tax:
Customs might hold each parcel for checking and tax. All customs problems need to be solved by yourself. Due to different customs rules in other countries, we are not responsible for any customs problems. We can provide related invoices or documents to help you with customs clearance. We kindly suggest you read local customs regulations before importing from overseas.
