🏠 Verify Your Shipping Address Again

When placing your order, please ensure you carefully check your shipping address information. Once an order is confirmed for shipping, changing the address will no longer be possible. Honeywadrobe cannot be held responsible or provide compensation for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Kind reminder:

  • Please do leave us your correct phone number, the express companies won't accept packages without phone numbers.
  • Please place your order with a valid email, the order confirmation, order notices, tracking information and so on will all send to the email you used to place your order.

⏳ The Delivery Time= Order Processing Time + International Shipping Time

Please note, the total time from placing your order to receiving your package consists of two parts: Order Processing Time plus International Shipping Time.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: From the day your order is confirmed, we typically need 5-7 business days to prepare and package your items for shipment.
  • Pre-Order Items: The processing time for pre-ordered items depends on the manufacturer's schedule. We will clearly indicate the estimated processing time on the product page and notify you via email of any changes in timing.
  • FAQ: If I order pre-order and in-stock items together, how will they be shipped?
    A: We will ship all items together by default. If you want them shipped separately, a $5 fee will apply, and please email us for the split shipment request.

  • Shipping Methods & Customs Duties (United States)
    As of April 2025, the United States has removed the duty-free policy for small parcels(under 800 USD) from China. This means that with many shipping methods (such as China Post Service or DHL), customers may be required to pay high customs duties — in some cases over $100.

    After carefully comparing shipping timeframes and total costs (including duties), we have selected Yanwen as our primary carrier for shipments to the U.S. Yanwen’s rates already include customs duties, making it currently the most cost-effective and customer-friendly option.

    Therefore, DHL, the China Post Service, and other methods are temporarily unavailable. We kindly ask for your understanding and assure you that we will continue to monitor the situation. If more cost-effective shipping options become available in the future, we will update and notify customers promptly.

📌 Important Note on Customs Clearance Responsibility

Please be aware that as the recipient, you are responsible for completing any necessary customs clearance procedures and paying any applicable import duties or taxes required by your local customs authorities.

We will continue to monitor the tracking information and assist wherever possible, but if you do not complete the clearance in time, the package may be returned or even destroyed by customs, and we will not be able to offer a full refund under these circumstances.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will consider this a non-response on your part and proceed accordingly based on our international shipping policy.

  • After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Just click the "Track Package" can track your order.
  • You can also use this number to track the status of your package on our website or directly on the logistics service provider's website.
  • If you find that the tracking information has not been updated for a long time, please contact our customer service team support@honeywardrobe.com promptly.

💰 Customs Duties and Taxes

Since customs policies vary by country, all our products are sold without taxes included. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise checking your country/region's tax regulations before placing an order. Should your local customs require documentation proving the value of the package, we will fully cooperate and provide you with the necessary documents to facilitate a smooth customs clearance.

🛡️ Shipping Protection or Insurance

🔔 To enhance your after-sales service experience and streamline our internal processes, we have adjusted our shipping protection service model effective from January 22, 2026, at 18:00 (UTC+8).

The previous Worry-Free insurance provided by a third party (Seel) has been discontinued. Shipping protection is now provided directly by our team.

        • Coverage includes: Package loss, damage, and delivery delays.
        • No additional insurance purchase is required.

        If you need to file a claim, please read the requirements in the "Required Documents for Claim" section below first, then contact us via email with the required documents.

        🚨 Lost Package Determination

        A package is considered lost if it meets any of the following criteria:

        • International transit time exceeds 90 days after dispatch, with no tracking updates for the past 45 days.
        • An official loss confirmation or notification is issued by our shipping partner or last-mile carrier.
        • Supporting documents, such as surveillance footage or a police report, can be provided, confirming that the package was stolen or misdelivered and cannot be recovered after delivery.

        💰Compensation for Lost Packages

        We offer the following two solutions. You may choose based on product availability and personal preference:

        • Free reshipment (recommended): If the product is in stock, we will reorder and ship it to you free of charge to save you time. You also have the option to exchange it for another item of equal value.
        • Full refund: If the product is out of stock or you prefer not to receive a reshipment, we will process a full refund for your order to ensure no financial loss.

        📁 Required Documents for Claim

        Required documents vary depending on the situation:

        • Delivery delay claim: No additional documents needed. Eligible if shipping time exceeds 35 business days (You will receive $5 in store credit automatically upon verification of the delay).
        • Package lost in transit claim: Official loss confirmation from the shipping partner / last-mile carrier.
        • Package lost after delivery claim: Please contact us and submit clear surveillance footage or a police report receipt within 15 days of the package being marked “Delivered”.
        • Item damage claim: 
          • If the product itself is damaged: Please provide clear and comprehensive photographs that fully depict the damage.
          • If the outer packaging is damaged, shows signs of liquid stains (e.g., from rain), or exhibits other abnormalities upon receipt: Please immediately record a complete unboxing video or provide clear, full-coverage photos of the package to help us provide you with better after-sales support.
