At Honey Wardrobe, we’re always looking to build long-term, meaningful relationships with influencers who share our aesthetic and values. If you're passionate about Tenshi Kaiwai, Jirai Kei, or Ryousangata styles and love turning fashion into art, we'd love to collaborate with you!

👉 How It Works: A Quick Overview of Our Collaboration Flow 

  • Get in Touch
    Reach out to us and share your social media handle. We'll review your account within 24–48 hours to see if it aligns with our brand values and collaboration criteria.

  • Approval & Details
    If approved, we’ll contact you via email with the collaboration details. This typically includes:

    • Gift card amount

    • Content creation guidelines

    • Posting schedule

    • Affiliate program information

  • Place Your Order
    Using the gift card provided, place an order through our website. We'll process your order and ship it as soon as possible.

  • Create & Post
    Once you receive your items, follow the agreed-upon guidelines to create and publish your content within the scheduled timeframe.

📌 1. Collaboration Eligibility & Evaluation Criteria

We evaluate potential collaborations holistically, rather than based on follower count alone.

As a general reference, creators typically meet at least one of the following benchmarks:

  • 10k+ followers on Instagram

  • 8k+ subscribers on YouTube

  • 20k+ followers on TikTok

In addition to platform size, we carefully consider:

  • Content quality & originality (visuals, styling, storytelling)

  • Content format (videos, outfit styling, short-form or long-form content)

  • Engagement quality (authentic interactions beyond surface-level metrics)

  • Audience profile and its alignment with our target customers

  • Overall fit with Honeywardrobe’s brand style and positioning

In addition, your content should clearly focus on or strongly relate to Tenshi Kaiwai, Jirai Kei, or Ryousangata fashion.
Our goal is to collaborate with creators whose work genuinely resonates with our community and reflects the spirit of Honeywardrobe.

⚠️ Don’t meet the follower threshold but have exceptional content quality? We’re open to discussing potential collaborations—feel free to reach out!

⏳ 2. Content Timeline (Strict Policy)

  • We’ll provide a specific content deadline before shipping the gift

  • Typically, we expect content to go live within 25–30 days after you receive your package

  • In rare cases, we may request content to be posted by a particular campaign date

⛔ To maintain smooth campaigns, we can only continue working with influencers who respect the agreed timeline.

⚠️ Platform-Specific Flexibility

We understand that each platform has unique strengths. Whether you shine on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok, we tailor our content expectations accordingly to suit your audience and content style.

We’ll confirm specific content deliverables with you after approval. 💡 

🎁 3. Gift Selection & Shipping

  • Influencers can choose their gift only from our “In-Stock Gift Collection”

  • These items are ready-to-ship, and usually dispatch within 7–10 business days

  • This helps ensure you’ll receive the package in time for the agreed content schedule

💸 4. Affiliate Program: Earn as You Create

All collaborators must first join our Affiliate Program. Once approved, you will receive:

  • A personalized discount code and tracking link

  • Anyone who uses your code or link will receive a discount

  • You’ll earn the same percentage of the sale as cashback commission

The starting discount & commission rate is usually 3%–5%, based on your account evaluation.
As your performance improves, we’ll upgrade your rate accordingly to reward your influence and conversion strength. Click here to apply for it.
