Return and Refund Policy

🎀 Order Cancellation

Our customers have the right to cancel orders at any time. However, Honeywardrobe does not accept free cancellations for the following types of orders:

  • Pre-order products, made-to-order items, and custom-sizing items that we have already purchased from the brands.
  • Orders that have already been shipped.

For other orders, cancellations are possible, but the refund proportion will depend on the exact order status.

🛍️ Return and Exchange

  • Wrong or Incomplete Orders: If you receive items with the wrong size, color, wrong order, or incomplete order, we apologize and will arrange to reship a new parcel to you for free or offer a full refund. All fees under this condition will be covered by us. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and also attach relevant photos.
  • Package Returned by Chinese Customs: Honey Wardrobe will reship it to you for free in this case.
  • Returns for Personal Reasons: If you return an item due to personal reasons, all international shipping fees, as well as any taxes incurred by our country's customs, will be your responsibility. We will refund the full cost of the items after we receive the package but will deduct the shipping fee from our warehouse to you. Please keep the items in their original condition and contact us shortly after receiving the package to arrange the return within 7 days. A refund will be processed within 48 hours after we receive the returned parcel.
  • Changing Color or Size: If you wish to change the color or size of an item, you will be responsible for the international shipping fee back to us, any taxes incurred in our country's customs, and the re-shipping fee back to you.

🌸 Non-Refundable Situations

  • The package is returned by your local customs because you refuse to pay taxes or customs fail to contact you. Honey Wardrobe is not responsible for any local customs fees.
  • The package failed to be delivered because you moved to a new address after we shipped it.
  • The package is destroyed or lost due to a natural disaster. We apologize and will share part of the loss with you.
  • If the package is delayed during shipping, we will not offer a refund, but we will provide a full refund if the package is confirmed lost by the shipping company.
  • The package failed to be delivered due to the incorrect address provided by you.
