Return and Refund Policy

🚫 Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances can change, and customers have the right to cancel their orders. However, Honeywardrobe cannot accept cancellations for the following types of orders:

  • Pre-order products, made-to-order items, and custom-sizing items that have already been purchased from the brands.
  • Orders that have already been shipped.
  • Items that have arrived in our warehouse for more than 15 days.

For other orders, cancellations are possible, but the refund proportion will depend on the exact order status.

🔄 Return and Exchange

1. Wrong or Incomplete Orders: 
If you receive an item in the wrong size, color, or order, or if your order is incomplete, we sincerely apologize. We will:

  • Reship a new parcel to you at no additional cost OR
  • Provide a full refund.

Note: All fees under this condition will be covered by us. Please email us at support@honeywardrobe.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and attach relevant photos for verification.

2. Package Returned by Chinese Customs
If the package is returned by Chinese customs, we will reship it to you free of charge.

3. Returns for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons:

  • You are responsible for all international shipping fees and any customs taxes incurred.
  • The returned items must remain in their original condition with tags, unwashed, and unscented.
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package to arrange the return. Customers located in the European Union may have additional statutory withdrawal rights. Please refer to the EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal Section below.
  • A processing fee of US$10 will be deducted for each item.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive the returned parcel.

Refund Amount = Full item cost - original shipping fee - any customs taxes incurred - a processing fee of US$10 for each item.

4. Changing Color or Size
If you want to change the color or size of an item:

  • You are responsible for the international shipping fee to return the item, any customs taxes, and the re-shipping fee.
  • The item must be in its original condition with tags, unwashed, and unscented. 
  • Please note that a $10 handling fee will be added per item.

5. Item Damage

We carefully inspect every item before shipment. However, we understand that damage can sometimes occur during transit. We are committed to working with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Minor Damage (e.g., loose button, small dust/dirt, slight glue separation):

  • We provide detailed repair guidance (video or written instructions), OR
  • A partial refund (usually USD $3–$10, adjusted depending on the situation) to cover local repair or cleaning costs.
  • Since these issues do not affect wearability and are easily fixed, full refunds or free returns are generally not offered for minor damage.
  • If you still wish to return the item, you may do so at your own expense. Please note that all return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred will be your responsibility.

Major Damage (renders the item unwearable):

  • Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.
  • After verification, we will offer a fair resolution, which may include:
    • A partial refund,
    • A replacement (subject to availability), or
    • Store credit.

🔒 Non-Refundable Situations

1. Customs-Related Issues:

  • The package is returned by your local customs due to refusal to pay taxes or customs failing to contact you.

2. Address Issues:

  • The package failed to be delivered due to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you.

3. Natural Disasters:

  • The package is destroyed or lost due to natural disasters.

4. Shipping Delays:

  • Delays during international shipping are not refundable.

5. Packages reported lost, but no supporting documents were provided.

📦 International Returns

  • If a package is returned to us due to reasons caused by the recipient (e.g., refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs), we will not refund to customers. But we will contact the recipient upon receipt at our warehouse and communicate the problem of reshipping the package.
  • If reshipping is requested, the recipient is responsible for the additional international shipping fees and applicable customs taxes.
  • Free storage is offered for up to 3 months from the date the package is received at our warehouse. After this period, the package will be discarded.

⚖️ EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

  • 🤯 How to Withdraw
    Initiate a withdrawal directly from your account order page, or contact us at support@honeywardrobe.com.

Since international returns may involve high shipping costs and customs duties, we recommend contacting our customer service team before initiating a return. In many cases, we can offer alternative solutions that may be faster and more cost-effective.

However, this recommendation does not affect your legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

  • 🛃 Return Shipping & Duties
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred.
    • Please return the item and provide the tracking number within 3 days of initiating your withdrawal.

  • 💸 Restocking Fee
    A restocking fee of 20% of the item's value will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.

  • 💰 Refund
    We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The restocking fee (20% of the item's value) and any applicable customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • ⚠️ Exemptions – Custom-Made & Personalized Products

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalized for the customer.

    Examples include, but are not limited to:

    • Custom-sized garments made using measurements provided by the customer;
    • Products with customer-requested alterations or modifications;
    • Personalized products featuring names, custom text, images, or other customer-specific designs.

These products are made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold. Where applicable, exempt products will be clearly identified on the relevant product page before purchase.

    This right is granted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673.
