The skirt is really heavy and great quality, I was surprised. It feels so good. My only issue is that there is barely any stretch despite having shirring -- it does close on me but barely, and so isn't that comfortable. I do wonder if it'll get less stiff with time though. Regardless it's cute.

Regarding the shirring – this fabric is chosen specifically for the structured silhouette of the design, so it has very little stretch by nature. This helps the skirt hold its shape well.
