Q1: Are all the items genuine on Honeywardrobe store? 

A1: Yes, Honeywardrobe only sells authentic J-Fashion clothes. If you find any replica clothes listed in our store accidentally, please report to us and we will take it down right away. We respect original design and aim to build Honeywardrobe a Kawaii fashion store that you can always buy authentic Kawaii clothes blindly.

Q2: Are the sizes in your site EUR or US sizes?

A2: Our sizes are China sizes. Most items have a size chart, you can look at the detailed measurements in the size chart and check which can fit you.

Q3: What is the meaning of free size?

A3: It means the item only has one size and it is designed to fit a wide range of body sizes.

Q1: Do I need to register to place an order?

A1: No, you do not need to register before placing an order. However, we strongly recommend you to register an account so that you can check your order status or order history conveniently.

Q2: How long after payment do you begin to process my order?
A2: We start processing orders within 24 hours after payment on business days. It may take a little longer at weekends or on holidays.

Q3: What does it mean when an order status is awaiting fulfillment?
A3: It means that your order status is in the processing time satge:

  • For in stock items, it usually takes 3-7 days for us to receive the items from the manufacturer and make ready for international shipping.
  • For pre-order items, it also depends on manufacturer's processing time. It may take many days or several months. We will always mark the estimated processing time on item page. If there is any change on manufacturer's side, we will email you at first time.

Q4: Can I add any items to my current order?

A4: Sorry, we are unable to add items to your current order, but you can place a new order and add a note or email us to combine orders for you.

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
A1: We accept PayPal, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. For more information, please check our Payment Methods.

Q2: Does the price on Honeywardrobe include my customs fee?

A2: No, the price on Honeywardrobe does not include customs fees. As customs policies vary by country, all our products are sold without customs fee included. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may arise.
We will do our best to use our expertise to declare a suitable value for your package to help ensure a smooth and cost-effective customs clearance. However, if customs fees are incurred, they will be your responsibility.
If your local customs office requires documentation to verify the value of your package, we will fully cooperate and provide the necessary documents to facilitate a smooth clearance process.

Q3: Does the price include VAT?

A3: The shipping price doesn't include VAT, you need to pay tax separately upon the parcel's arrival.

Q1: How much does shipping cost?
A1: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods, the shippiing method you chose and the delivery address. You can see the specific fees at checkout.

Q2: How long is shipping?
A3: It depends on the shipping method which you choose. You can have a look at our Shipping Policy. Shipping may take longer if the country is on lockdown and halted shipping.

Q3: Can I change my shipping address?
A3: Address changes are only accepted before the order has been shipped. Once the order is handed over to an international shipping company, we cannot change the address.

Q4: Do you ship worldwide?
A4: In fact, we can ship the items to almost anywhere in the world.

Q1: Will you do quality checking on my orders?

A1: Yes, we do quality checking for all the orders to make sure everything is correct as you ordered. 

Q2: Can you split my order for shipping and how much is the extra shipping fee?

A2: Yes, we can split your order for shipping. If you request split shipping by yourself within order normal processing time, you need to pay a 5$ extra shipping fee. If the order is delayed via unpredictable factors on our side, then we will split shipping for you for free. 

Q1: Does your store have any coupons or promotions?

A1: Yes, we will offer some coupons during holiday sale or during shopping seasons. Or you can also find coupons on some coupon websites, such as Wethrift, on which we always put our latest coupons.

Q2: Do you offer free shipping?

A2: We offer free shipping for orders over $499. Simply use the coupon code "Free499" at checkout to enjoy free shipping. Please note that our free shipping applies to SAL shipping, which usually takes 25-40 working days to arrive. If you prefer faster shipping options like DHL or FedEx, you will need to cover the difference in cost between SAL and the express service. Due to our narrow profit margins, the free shipping offer cannot be combined with other product discounts.
