This is a Tenshi Kaiwai style dress set, which includes a dress, arm sleeves, and leg sleeves that can be purchased separately or as a complete set.

The dress features blue and white stripes, a slightly stand-up collar, a row of buttons, and a decorative side pocket with frill trim. The waist can be cinched with tie straps on both sides, and the sleeves have a unique cross design. There is also a version with a large printed hem in blue and white stripes.

The leg sleeves are white with an elastic top lace-up tie decoration and a cross pattern design.

The arm sleeves are also white with an elastic top and a cross print.
