Store Announcement: Temporary Suspension of U.S. Orders Due to U.S. Tariff Policy

📅 Effective from: April 21, 2025, 5:00 PM (China Standard Time)

Due to the latest U.S. import tariff policy, which imposes significantly higher tariffs on all small Chinese parcels (under $800) arriving in the United States from May 2, 2025, Honeywardrobe will temporarily suspend all orders from the U.S.

📌 Key Policy Details (Tariff to be paid by customers):

Each parcel will be applied one of the two types of tariffs, which will be responsible by customers:

  • Ad valorem duty: 120% based on the declared value of goods

  • Per-package tariff:
     • $100 for parcels arriving between May 2 and May 31
     • $200 for parcels arriving from June 1 onward

Currently, the U.S. customs processing procedures remain unclear, and there is a high risk of delays, refusals, or losses at the border as staff handle an influx of incoming parcels. Additionally, many Chinese logistics providers are still adjusting their systems to comply with the new policy.

To protect our U.S. customers from this uncertainty, we have made the difficult decision to pause all new orders from the United States until the situation becomes stable and predictable.

All U.S. orders placed before the cutoff time will be processed and shipped as scheduled.

We will resume accepting U.S. orders as soon as we have more clarity on customs procedures and reliable logistics solutions. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition.

📢 Stay tuned—we’ll announce our reopening as soon as possible.

Warm regards,
The Honeywardrobe Team
