i bought a tenshi kawaii jacket + legwarmers it arrived earlier than expected and was absolute adorable, the jacket is high quality and super warm and it also arrived with free hairclips which were also adorable <3
Very comfortable, the waist belt may be a little highly situated but not uncomfortable, the buttons are a little difficult to do up because of the style & the extra threads in the button holes but if you can deal with slightly finnicky buttons it's fine :) About half the buttons are hidden ones which lessens the amount of finnicky buttons.
I'm planning on getting this set-up in a different colourway for my next jirai dress to be honest
I don't know what customer service is like as I didn't have to contact them, shipping felt a little expensive compared to other online shops but it's nothing unexpected for where this is actually coming from ^^

I'm quite glad that this could fit exactly as I saw on the model, its the perfect baggy fit and I love the details. One just has to be careful when washing this since the chains are delicate and too much force will break them.
It seems cozy enough to layer underneath for the upcoming winter, especially as I live in an area where we get cold wind and snow. I got this because i love the oversize edgy look to combine with subcul style.
The details of lace and bow on the front are really pretty and cute! The front was a little tighter and the back a little looser than I thought so although I ordered my size(38) I feel I could either go one size down for better fit or one size up for more comfort. But either way it fits quite nicely. I’m happy since it goes well with both my casual and fancy outfits!
I got the dress only, and it's very nice! It had a couple of loose strings poking out at the sleeves, but I just cut those off
