What is Store Credit?

Store credit is a balance added directly to your customer account. It works just like cash — you can use it to pay for your orders, combine it with discount codes, and it never expires. It can only be used on Honeywardrobe online payment.

How to Use Store Credit

 Step 1: Log into Your Account

Make sure you’re logged in with the email address that received the store credit. Only registered and logged-in users can access their credit.

Step 2: Click the Profile

Step 3: Check Your Store Credit

 Step 4: Add Items to Cart and Proceed to Checkout

Browse our store, select your favorite items, and begin checkout.

Step 5: Apply Store Credit at Checkout

If you're logged in, your available credit will appear automatically during the Payment step. Just check the box that says "Apply Store Credit" — no code is needed.

• Can I use store credit and a discount code at the same time?

Yes! Store credit can be used together with discount codes.

• Does store credit expire?

No, your credit is permanently valid — feel free to use it anytime.

• I can’t see my credit — what should I do?
