Important Notice: U.S. Tariff Changes on April 8th– We're Shipping Early to Help You Save
Dear Honeywardrobe U.S. customers,
Due to the latest U.S. tariff policy announced on April 8, 2025, we’d like to inform you of an important update on the tariff regulations that may affect your future orders. Since our shipping methods do not include customs duties, and we are not going to add tariffs to our product prices, which means the USA customs will charge customs fee upon delivery. We feel it's important to inform you of the recent changes to U.S. tariff policies so that you can make an informed decision about your purchase based on the current duty situation.
🔄 What’s Changing?
On May 2, 2025, the U.S. government will implement new tariffs on low-value imports (under $800) from China. These changes include, and each parcel will be applied one of the two types of tariffs.

Ad valorem duty rate increase from 30% to 90% based on goods value

Per-package tariff increase from:

$25 → $75 (between May 2 and May 31)

$50 → $150 (starting June 1)

These adjustments may significantly increase the cost of receiving international packages.
🚚 How We're Helping You
To protect your orders from these additional charges:

We will ship all US orders with all items ready for shipping currently in our warehouse immediately. If you previously selected a more economical shipping method when placing your order, we will upgrade it to a faster shipping option at our own cost.

For USA orders with a value over 100$, which have more than half items are ready for shipping in our warehouse, we will split the orders and ship the ready items first for you. We will upgrade your shipping method to a faster one at no extra cost. If you receive your order and find that the quantity of items is insufficient, don’t worry. This might be because we have split the shipment for you. You can contact us at support@honeywardrobe to verify the information of the remaining packages.

If you place an order after April 8th, we will first send you an email to ask if you are aware of the customs duties. We will proceed with the order only after you reply and confirm that you want to continue with the purchase. If you would like to cancel the order, we will provide you with a full refund. Please keep an eye on our emails at any time recently.

If you placed the order before April 8th, we have already completed the entire processing process. If you need to cancel the order, we will only deduct the corresponding handling fee according to our Refund Policy. Any losses resulting from the inability to cancel the products will be borne by us.

We will not raise the prices of the products in our store. We will not increase the prices of the items due to the costs incurred from the measures we have taken and the customs duty issues.

Our goal is to try our best to have your packages clear U.S. customs before May 2, so you can still enjoy duty-free delivery.
In the face of such a severe customs duty situation, we hope to do our utmost to help our customers through this tough time. We have tried to upgrade shipping methods to faster ones for the orders, but if the parcels are delayed due to international shipping delay which leads to the customs fee, we need your kind understanding.
