At Honeywardrobe, your peace of mind is our priority. That’s why we offer Worry-Free Purchase, a comprehensive shipping protection service powered by Seel, a trusted insurance provider. This plan safeguards your order from delivery delays, lost shipments, and product damage, so you can shop with full confidence.

📦 What’s Covered

1. Delivery Delays

  • Domestic Orders (within China): If your package hasn't arrived within 10 days of shipment, you're eligible for a $5 compensation (or equivalent in local currency).

  • International Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you can also claim $5 compensation.

2. Lost Shipments

  • Domestic Orders: Considered lost if not received within 30 days of shipment.

  • International Orders: Considered lost if not received within 60 days of shipment.

  • Compensation: Receive a full refund of the item’s value (excluding shipping fees).

3. Damaged Items

  • Covers substantial damage that renders the item unusable (e.g., breakage, crushing, permanent bending).

  • Not covered: Minor scratches, packaging errors, or unsealed items.

  • Compensation: Full refund of the item’s purchase value (excluding shipping fees).

🛒 How to Purchase Worry-Free

1. Add Worry-Free Purchase to your order at checkout.

2. After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Seel with policy details and claims instructions.

3. Track your order and insurance status via the Track Your Order page using your tracking number.

📝 How to File a Claim

1.  Open the Track Your Order page on our website, choose "Tracking Number", input your tracking number, and click the "TRACK" button.

2. Click the "Protected" button.

3.  Click the "Report an issue" button.

4.  Input your email address or phone number, and click the "Next" button.

5. Choose the Issue Type 

6. Choose the protected item(s)

    7. Provide Supporting Documents:

      To ensure a smooth claims process, please review the document requirements based on your claim type:

      🛠️ For Damage Claims

      Upload clear photos of the following:

      • Outer carrier packaging

      • Product packaging (if applicable)

      • The damaged item(s) clearly showing the issue

      📦 For Loss Claims

      • If the carrier tracking shows the shipment as "lost", or if there is no “delivered” scan after:

        • 30 days (domestic shipments), or

        • 60 days (international shipments),
          → No additional documents are needed.

      • If the shipment shows a “delivered” scan but was not received, you may be required to submit one of the following:

        • Police report

        • Security camera footage

        • Official carrier letter

        • A written statement from a property manager, leasing office, or local authority

      For Delay Claims

      No documents are required. Claims are evaluated automatically based on the shipment’s tracking history.

      Note: For a customer's first claim of this type, Seel will provide compensation without requiring documentation. However, for repeat claims, supporting evidence will be required.

      8. Payout Options

      Once your claim is approved, Seel supports payout in the following four options:

      • PayPal: Supports multi-currency transfers. Funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.
      • Venmo: Supports USD transfers. Funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.
      • Direct Deposit: Supports USD transfers via a US bank account ACH transfer. It takes 1-3 business days for the funds to arrive. This option is only available for transactions in USD.
      • Tremendous: You will receive your payout in the form of a virtual Visa card.

      You can choose your preferred payout method in the last step of the claim submission process.

      Insurance Coverage Countries

      Our Worry-Free Purchase shipping insurance service is currently available for shipments to the following 14 countries: the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, and Ireland. 

      For shipments to other countries, insurance is not currently supported. We will update this information as more countries are added in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

      Important Notes

      • Claim Submission Deadline: 

        All claims for delay, loss, or damage must be submitted within the eligible time frame based on your order date:

        • 🗓 Orders placed on or after March 25, 2025:
          You have up to 120 days from the purchase date to submit a claim. (We’ve negotiated a 30-day extension with Seel exclusively for our customers.)

        • 🗓 Orders placed before March 25, 2025:
          You must submit your claim within 90 days of the purchase date.

        Please note that claims submitted after the eligible period will not be accepted.

      • Carbon Neutral Shipping: Seel provides carbon-neutral shipping support for domestic transportation, promoting eco-friendly consumption.
